Heavy weights will also give you the quickest possible results. Don’t make the weights too heavy because you will risk injuring yourself.
You cannot build muscles by doing cardio exercises, but you do need to so some cardio in order to remain healthy and fit. Do not do more than 2 days of cardio because too much of this will make you lose weight.
Putting on muscle is quite a complicated process and you need to know exactly what you are doing so that you do not sabotage your efforts inadvertently. Make sure that your diet is also geared towards this objective. Eat foods that are high in calories and proteins but low in fat so that you bulk up without accumulating too much fat in the process.
